Refund policy

All items are made to order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@the509concept.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
