Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partner and shipped directly to you.

How long does delivery take?

Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on destination.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Each item is made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind decisions.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

How do I choose the right size?

Product Care

How should I wash my hoodie?

To preserve the fabric and print quality, wash inside out in cold water with similar colors. Use mild detergent.

Can I tumble dry?

We recommend air drying whenever possible. If using a dryer, choose a low heat setting.

Can I iron the design?

Do not iron directly on the printed area. If needed, iron inside out on low heat.

Will the print fade over time?

Our garments are printed using high-quality techniques designed for durability. Proper care will help maintain color and structure over time.
